Email notifications. Boring? Maybe. But they can be an essential tool for staying on top of your task list.
ApartmentJet’s dashboards currently provide onsite staff with details of guest arrivals and departures, average nightly rates, pending reservations, and a whole lot more. But sometimes dashboards are not enough.
Enter the wonderful world of email notifications. And yes, ApartmentJet offers lots of them. We have notifications for new messages, new reservations, review reminders, and more. All are aimed at keeping onsite staff informed of the daily events happening at their community (and all can be easily toggled on/off in settings).
Today we’re introducing a new type of email notification: the Daily Community Summary Email. If that announcement just knocked your socks off, please take a moment to put them back on. We’ll wait. *waiting* *waiting* Ready? Good.
The Daily Summary email is basically your community’s todo list. Every morning, it will tell you who is arriving and who is checking out. It will inform you of pending reservations. It will include reminders to write reviews for recently departed guests who, for whatever reason, you haven’t yet reviewed. This is especially helpful to customers of our recently announced Concierge Service, who may not need (or remember) to check their dashboard every morning.
As always, our goal is to make the short term rental process as easy to manage as possible. We want you to make a personal connection with the guests staying at your community. Our job is to give you the tools to effectively manage and strengthen that relationship. The Daily Community Summary email is the latest example of how we’re trying to help.
